Area description

The guesthouse is situated in the picturesque village of Madjare some 20 mins from the bustling ski resort of Borovets (free transfers to and from the slopes for weekly guests). Within a 20 minute drive you will find the smaller resort of Maliovitsa and the slopes of Govedartsi which are less commercialised but offer everything for the beginner or the more experienced skier.

In Borovets you will find skiing to suit all capabilities with slopes for beginners right through to advance levels. There are of course drag lifts chair lifts and a gondola to get you to the higher slopes. Snowboarding is also available.

Being only 1 hour from the nearest airport in Sofia and with our airport pick-up service (charges apply) getting here couldn't be easier. If preferred car hire can be arranged. 

Property Description

Rila heights is a small guesthouse with 4 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10people. 1 en-suite kids/family suite with bunks and double bed ,2 double rooms and one twin room with 2 shared bathrooms. A breakfast/dining room and comfortable lounge with free use of t.v, playstation, dvd, board games, internet ,books and music.

The rooms are booked on a half-board basis with a continental style breakfast and dinner being a delicious 4 course home-cooked meal. We pride ourselves on serving fresh produce and lots of homemade bread. Afternoon tea and cake is served on return from the slopes.

Ski and snowboarding packages can be arranged at a competitive rate and must be booked in advance.
