as various carriers fight for your custom.

will give you the best prices on the internet.
Have a look around, and find the accommodation that you want. Don't
forget to add in the cost of transfers, and any ski packs that you
would want.
Now go and get yourself a price from one of the package operators.

Bansko seems to show the greatest differences, but then there
are savings to be had everywhere.
A comparison for you.
I have just had a search for a holiday in Bansko. The best
price I could come up with was with Inghams. One week in an apartment,
self catering, flight and transfer came to just shy of £620.
This was with an internet booking discount. The lift passes if booked
at the same time are about £80. Using the flight search tool,
I found flights with British airways for £138. British airways
weren't the cheapest (only one carrier cheaper), but their flight
times are much better. The same apartment booked individually is £250.
The apartment owners can arrange transfers for £40 each. The
total price booked independantly comes to £606. Now that isn't
much of a saving, but consider this. You have private transfers and
excellent flight times in the accommadation of your choice. You will
not be waiting for any of your fellow passengers to get on the transfer
coach, nor dropping off at every hotel and apartment in the resort.
Something else to be considered. If you book a two bedroomed apartment,
the price is not much greater. If you are travelling as a family,
the cost is spread even more for you. This comparison is just to give
you some idea. The price I got from Inghams was very good, and you
can still beat it. If you are going for two weeks, you will make a
considerable saving.
When you book your holiday, spend a few minutes doing a comparison.
It's not for everyone, and some people prefer to let the tour
operators take care of things, but there really are some great
savings to be made.
